‘Grey’s Anatomy’ season 10, episode 23 preview: How Ellen Pompeo’s Meredith will move on
On tonight’s “Grey’s Anatomy” season 10 episode, we had what was certainly one of the biggest surprises of the season in finally learning the truth about how Cristina Yang is going to leave Seattle. We knew that Isaiah Washington was going to be back as Burke, but who knew that he was the one who would actually offer her the job of a lifetime basically running her own hospital? this was too good of an opportunity to say no to.
We’ll have a chance to fully witness her goodbye on the show in two weeks, but for us, the most interesting thing is going to be seeing how Meredith Grey moves forward in next week’s “Everything I Try To Do, Nothing Seems to Turn Out Right.” This has to be one of the longest titles to date.
Want to find out some basic details, then just take a look at the official synopsis via ABC:
“With Derek away, Meredith spends time with Amelia and finds out her true feelings about her time in Seattle. Bailey deals with the ramifications of her actions and Callie receives devastating news. Meanwhile, the residents panic after hearing that one of them will be fired.”
The promo below furthers our theory that this could be largely about Meredith, as she may be trying to pull a few stunts here and there to ensure that Sandra Oh’s character sticks around a while longer. Owen is also going to get into this in a rather big way, and that is courtesy of an oh-so-shocking thing none as another possible marriage proposal. Things are going to hit the fan here, and soon.
