‘Survivor: Cagayan’ episode 11 preview: Will Woo turn on his primary ally?

Survivor -Somehow, “Survivor: Cagayan” ended Wednesday night with both Spencer and Tasha still in the game, and with Tony and Woo making yet another big move to take out someone in Jefra who they probably didn’t need to eliminate right now. This was great TV (as most of Tony’s antics are), but not the best strategy since many people left in the game may at least challenge him on the jury.

But, will he even get an opportunity to make it that far? The preview at the end of the episode tonight suggested that for the first time in a long time, even Woo may be interested now in turning on his longtime pal in the game. Tony’s irritating everyone, and since they all know he has an immunity idol, that probably makes matters even worse.

The trouble that Tony runs into really for the rest of the game now is finding a way to survive once his idols are past their shelf life. We for sure has one more week in the game, and if he is smart, he’ll keep the before-the-votes idol to himself and secure himself two more episodes (if he can). The number of episodes left, corresponding to the number of players still in the game, suggests that we could actually have a final two this season instead of a final three. Tony’s idol strategy is going to depend on when he can play them.

As for Woo, he can really do whatever he wants. We don’t feel like anyone takes him that seriously as a player, even if he is funny and likable. The real targets in the game are Tony, Spencer, and Tasha, and somehow, they’ve managed to survive the past few votes. If someone makes a move on Tony and he targets someone like Trish or Kass (who may be coming after him), all three of these players could stay in the game.
