‘Dancing with the Stars’ 18: Was Danica McKellar, NeNe Leakes, or Charlie White eliminated?
“Dancing with the Stars” had itself a great deal of fun Monday night with its Latin Night show, but all happiness has to come to an end at some point … right? It did on Monday night for one pair, as the show tried to continue its recent run of predictability. So far, only Cody Simpson is the only surprise boot of the season.
Well, that tradition continued on Monday night as we saw NeNe Leakes and Tony Dovolani eliminated from the competition after a nice little run on the show. NeNe was a fun dancer, and she did better than many probably thought she would going into this.
After all, you have to consider some of the variables. We don’t really think that many “Real Housewives of Atlanta” fans regularly watch this show, and the “Dancing with the Stars” demographic may have been clueless as to who she even was going into this. Therefore, she had to acquire new fans for herself throughout the weeks, and then convince them that there were many reasons why they would want to keep her around at the end of the day. She can at least brag about doing this well, given that she was clearly the worst dancer out of the people remaining.
As for the other dancers “in jeopardy,” they included the injured Danica McKellar to go along with Charlie White, who we don’t feel was actually in any danger of going home in a million years. We’re still calling the finale being him, Meryl Davis, and also Amy Purdy.
