‘The Crimson Field’ episode 4 preview: Kitty receives a summons

Are you ready for some more drama to surface on “The Crimson Field“? Then we imagine you are going to be prepared for some of that and then some when the latest episode of the BBC series coming on the air Sunday night?

At first, the sneak-peek video below appears to be rather benign, given that the focus for it is mostly on Kitty giving Flora a hard time about a crush that she has developed on one of the patients. We’re sure that this is something that has happened both ways throughout all wars during this time, since you have someone caring for you in a time of need, and sometimes the caretakers also fall for the subjects.

However, whatever sort of teasing is being done here is quickly interrupted by a summons that has come in for Kitty, which could trace back to her family and her past. This sort of thing is also common for the era, given that there are only so many ways that serious matters can be communicated at a time when there was virtually no anonymity, and you had to be held mostly responsible for your own actions.

There are only a few episodes left now of this series before season 1 ends, so let’s just hope that there are answers that come quickly for all these characters as they prepare for their future now, and also for what it will be when this war eventually ends.
