‘The Blacklist’ spoilers: First look at Megan Boone in ‘The Kingmaker’ (photo)

“The Blacklist” has officially gone past the point of no return with the Liz Keen character. She now knows that her husband Tom is not who he claimed to be, and she now has to try to figure out how to handle the fact that he is gone.

So what does that lead to her doing in Monday night’s “The Kingmaker”? Well, it all starts first of all with her revisiting the scene of the crime. The attached photo shows Megan Boone’s character back at her home, trying to pick up the pieces literally and figuratively. Not only does she have to figure out how to move forward with him gone, but she also has to remember what he told her before he disappeared. His statement was such that it deflected most of the blame onto Reddington, and he insisted that he was more of a good guy who had done a particularly bad thing to her.

As for whether or not this is fully true, maybe the rest of the season will shed some more light. What we’ll say for nos is that you will be seeing more of Liz working with Ressler on trying to piece together everything in the future. We’ve always been a little suspicious of what the show has planned for the two of them, but we’re hopeful that it won’t be some sort of immediate hookup. Given what Tom has just done to her, we will immediately roll our eyes if there are any shenanigans in the near future.
