ABC’s ‘Castle’ season 6, episode 20 video: Nathan Fillion, Stana Katic, and a ‘captain’

The answer -Just in case you wanted more proof that Monday’s “Castle” episode “That 70’s Show” looks to be fantastic, we have it for you now! The latest sneak peek below from ABC should allow for a little more insight into just what Kate Beckett is having to go through in order to solve a decades-old case related to the mob.

As you likely have heard before now, the main witness that Nathan Fillion and Stana Katic’s characters are trying to work with right now suffers from a pretty awful delusion: He thinks that it is still the 1970s, that disco and brightly-colored shirts are still cool, and that Twitter is something that a bird does.

Also, he still thinks that the NYPD is as chauvinistic as they come, which is the biggest reason why he has no problem frequently referring to Beckett as a “sweetheart” or “cupcake” … which she doesn’t take much of a liking to based on the sneak peek below (via TVLine). From our vantage point, the truly funny part of all this is seeing Castle referred to as a “Captain” of all things. As if Rick needed another reason to feed his ego further.

In the end, this clip is really a prelude for Castle’s attempts to get everyone at the force to commit to characters from the era to get the proper information from the guy, and that is where the fun here could truly begin. It is still hard to say whether or not this episode will be particularly enlightening about anything, but we’re still pumped up to see it.
