2014 MTV Movie Awards: Live stream the red carpet pre-show
We’re getting near the summer portion of awards season, which tends to be when most shows air some of their lighthearted fare with casual outfits to enjoy a show based on humor and general silliness. The ACM Awards is one of the last super-serious shows for a while, since we have the MTV Movie Awards this week, and then such things as the Billboard Music Awards and the MuchMusic Video Awards coming up ahead.
So to prepare you for tonight’s big MTV show hosted by Conan O’Brien, we have one big thing to share now: The official live stream of the red carpet and other pre-show events. You can get it over at the network’s official site, with the caveat being that you have t resident within the United States. Some international editions of the network are not being as kind when it comes to providing streaming coverage.
One thing to remember here is that this is not a stream for the official show, and there is no legal one out there provided. There will be a number of news sites out there who (as always) try to make you believe they have one for the sake of getting hits, but the majority of them will either just post this link, or try to send you somewhere non-sanctioned. Our best advice if you don’t have MTV is to try to find a way to watch after the fact. There may be some funny moments during the show thanks to Conan, but this is never must-see TV in the way that the VMAs are.
