‘The Good Wife’ season 5 spoilers: Colin Sweeney returns in ‘Tying the Knot’
Unfortunately, the synopsis below doesn’t include any other euphemisms for weddings or anything that happy at all. Instead, there’s yet another Colin Sweeney case for Alicia to deal with, and Eli has to deal with Zach finding a way to cause massive problems for Peter, who really doesn’t need any more problems from anyone:
“When Alicia pays a visit to longtime client Colin Sweeney, she finds herself in the unwanted role of witness when a body is discovered in his home. Meanwhile, Eli steps in when an unfortunate picture of Zach threatens to become a public relations nightmare for Peter.”
We love having Dylan Baker on the show, and with that in mind, we’re thrilled to see Colin in this episode. But what’s going on with Kalinda? For all the talk that we may be getting more good stuff from Archie Panjabi this season, it still feels like she in particular is not being used in the same capacity as some of her other co-stars. Let’s just hope that she has a role that is not necessarily fully detailed here.

I personally love the character Colin Sweeney and think the title may refer to the merging of L/G and F/A the sort of final process of the firms coming together.
