‘Survivor: Cagayan’ episode 8 preview: Is Tony making a move too soon?
Next time on “Survivor” … Tony makes us very nervous. We say this from a place of love, since we very much enjoy all the entertainment he brings to the show, but there are limitations to this style of play. If people know you make big moves, it makes you a harder person to trust. Based on what happens next week, Woo may feel that.
The previews for the next episode suggest that Tony is trying to target Woo all of a sudden, and if the guy realizes this, he may very well decide to pull a Kass, flip, and get rid of him. It’s hard to say if that “Tyler Perry idol” is still out there, since the show did a terrible job of explaining whether or not Spencer’s idol was the one with those special powers to be used after the vote.
If Tony starts to go a little bit too aggressive with his gameplan, the other five people in his alliance (if you count Kass in there) could make a move to get rid of him. However, we also like to believe that the person featured in the preview most of the time is not the person who goes home … or maybe we’re just pretending to believe that is the case so that we can see one our favorite players stay in the game for a little while longer.
Regardless, this is a great season even with a somewhat-weaker episode airing tonight, and there are so many big players and personalities still left. We’ll just see what happens from here.
