NBC’s ‘Revolution’ season 2, episode 18 preview: Teasers, death in ‘Austin City Limits’
There was initially some confusion about the return date of “Revolution” season 2 to TV, but to clear things up one final time and then some, April 2 (otherwise known as tomorrow) is going to be the next time that you get a chance to see another story. You’ve been waiting for a while to see “Austin City Limits,” and based on everything that we’re seeing and hearing right now, this is going to be a good one.
First of all, the promo below teases that there is a major death coming up. Anytime that you are teased about something of this variety, you know you have a big story on your hands. This is made even more complicated courtesy of the official synopsis, which teases more of Aaron’s distrust in Priscilla:
“Frustrated with Neville (Giancarlo Esposito), Jason (JD Pardo) turns to Miles (Billy Burke) with crucial information about the Patriots’ next steps for Texas. Determined to derail the Patriots’ plans, Miles and Monroe (David Lyons) rush to Austin with Jason, Charlie (Tracy Spiridakos) and Connor (Mat Vairo) in tow. Meanwhile, Aaron (Zak Orth) grows suspicious of Priscilla’s (Maureen Sebastian) increasingly unusual behavior.”
Now, the most chilling part of this of all: Some comments from Rockne S. O’Bannon (executive producer) that more or less suggest that he knows a backlash is on the way. Just see what he said to TV Guide:
“[Wednesday’s episode] may not be for everyone … We’re totally prepared for some of our regular viewers to come at us with pitchforks after a certain shocking event in this episode.”
