‘Grey’s Anatomy’ season 10, episode 18 preview: Sickness strikes Jesse Williams’ Jackson

The latest -Thursday night’s “Grey’s Anatomy” episode is entitled “You Be Illin’,” and if you somehow manged to miss some of our previous updates on the episode, that should be a pretty strong indicator in the first place as for what is coming up: More sickness than usual. The difference is that typically, the doctors are the ones helping the patients. In this case, the doctors really need to help themselves after an unknown illness starts to spread through the walls of the Seattle hospital.

So who are the primary victims? In one of the recent sneak peeks from this episode that we shared, we showed it being none other than Jackson. When you remember that he has a pretty high position in the hospital, he is probably the last person who you want to see suffer. Still, it is what it is, and the guy looks like he is about to fall on the floor. Playing this sick has to be one of the hardest things for any actor to pull off, since you are having to alter both your physical and mental state to make it happen. Luckily, Jesse Williams is capable of pulling it off .

As for how this story fits into the larger picture, that’s what we are more interested in seeing. While we really did enjoy the episode last week, it was mostly high-concept and really didn’t have much to do with all of the other characters. This episode is almost starting from scratch with that in mind, there are many mysteries and hopefully many surprises to go along with it.
