ABC’s ‘Castle’ season 6 spoilers: A (reported) finale title, possible Castle – Beckett wedding scoop

For this “Castle‘ update, we are turning to a subject that should be familiar to you, given some of what we have talked about as of late: Episode titles.

Recently, we went down the rabbit hole trying to extrapolate the meaning of “Veritas,” which is going to be the penultimate episode of the season. This time around, we are here to deliver the reported episode titles for the rest of the season. There are some spoilers ahead, but we assume that you already know that since you saw the title for this episode.

As you likely know, the show’s return on April 21 is entitled “That 70’s Show,” which is going to be mostly a pretend trip to the past in order to solve a case. It sounds fun, but it doesn’t exactly yield to any major revelations regarding the Castle / Beckett wedding, 3KX, or Senator Bracken. Those are what we like to refer to as the Trinity of Stories right now.

The other titles that have yet to be revealed, per TVLine, are as follows:

6×21, “Law & Boarder” – This is a pretty fun take on another classic cop show; maybe it is one part send-up of that, another part a tale of a boarding house gone terribly awry? We’re probably wrong with that, but we like to think that Richard Castle could have some fun coming up with theories for that.

6×23, “For Better or For Worse” – The aforementioned report says that this will be the title for the finale, though it has not been confirmed. In between this and the fact that the show is casting an officiant for something, maybe these are signs that the wedding is going to happen. Then again, the show is also apparently casting a motorcycle club boss, a stripper, and a former gang leader. It’s an awfully strange combination.
