‘The Originals’ spoilers: Boss on latest trouble for Joseph Morgan’s Klaus

Joseph Morgan -Even when Klaus does the occasional good thing on “The Originals,” the one thing that we have learned about him as a character is that he always somehow finds a way to continually get himself into further trouble.

When the show returns to The with new episodes next month, one of the problems that he will run into comes courtesy of the treaty, the very thing that was originally designed to bring peace to the masses. As executive producer Julie Plec says in a brand-new interview with TV Guide, Joseph Morgan’s character may very well be responsible for causing things to go completely awry in New Orleans once again:

“The next episode [shows] the aftermath of a night when peace has been broken and Elijah realizes Klaus has been up to something behind his back … They have it out with each other.”

The tricky thing when it comes to this show and these characters is that we feel like by and large, Elijah has tried his best to be very patient with his brother. But every person eventually does have a breaking point, and we are going to come to a point eventually where things start to come apart at the seams here. When that happens, are we going to have characters who are able to deal with that? Will Elijah be able to regain his composure? If there is any one person who really could cause Elijah to descend down a path into darkness, we are pretty darn sure that it would be his brother.
