ABC’s ‘Castle’ season 6, episode 20 preview: Stana Katic, Nathan Fillion don 1970s garb

Are you ready to take a dive into “That 70’s Show”? We’re not talking in this case about the classic Fox sitcom, though. Instead, we’re here to discuss what looks to be a pretty darn exciting episode of “Castle”

Let’s start off here with the news that many fans probably don’t want to know: The show will be off for a while. As we reported previously, there is a hiatus between now and Monday, April 21, which is mostly designed to give you a few straight weeks of consecutive episodes before we reach the end of the road with the season (which is hopefully going to also include a Castle – Beckett wedding).

Thanks to the long wait between episodes, this is also one of those occasions where we really don’t even have that much scoop for you about what is coming up. Instead, the main things that you should know are that there is going to be a need for a lot of imagination in order to solve a new case … and some flashbacks to the 1970’s are going to be needed. This means seeing Nathan Fillion and Stana Katic put on some costumes that would make them appear perfect for one of those old-school cop shows that dominated the airwaves back then.

There is nothing in this promo that makes us think that this episode will end up being anything other than a blast. Let’s just hope that it lives up to all our expectations and then some of being fun, since we’re sure there are serious things ahead.
