ABC’s ‘Resurrection’ episode 3 preview: What is Caleb Richards’ goal?

On the next new episode of ABC’s “Resurrection,” one of the most important goals for Agent Bellamy is going to be trying to get to the bottom of not only why Jacob and Caleb have been seemingly brought back from the dead … and also why and what their relationship is.

So far, what has been established is that the two parties do know each other on some level, and that there almost seems to be a certain amount of fear in Jacob’s eyes around him. Maybe this is why Bellamy drops a strong warning in the sneak peek below: Caleb needs to stay away from the child, or face some sort of not-so-great consequences as a result.

So why are we seeing so much of Caleb around him in the first place? He claims that he is trying to act more in the role of protector, since he does not believe that there is any way at all that things can end well for the child, given most of the information that is out there. When you think about it for a minute, Caleb is probably right. Jacob is an outcast, unlike the rest of the children in Arcadia, and also has some new medical problems that stem from his return. The more rumors spread, the more difficult it is going to be for him to find a way to fit in.

This episode, at least based on what we know already, is going to start to introduce some answers as to what could be going on in this town. As you know, though, there is quite a difference between just “some answers’ and the truth, and we will be very excited to see how this unfolds.
