‘Pretty Little Liars’ season 5: What’s next for Lucy Hale, Ian Harding, cast

The latest -Tonight marks the end for “Pretty Little Liars” season 4 … but hardly the end of the series. There is at least one more season to go, and probably more than that given that there is no intention at all of the show coming to an end.

This article is designed to be at least a little bit of a guide as to what is coming up in the near future, and is reasonably spoiler-free when it comes to the finale. Want to keep yourself completely closed-off from all this spoiler-related? Then we recommend that you stop reading now.

1. Alison will have a huge presence – After spending years hiding in the shadows, you better get ready to see a great deal of Alison DiLaurentis. Sasha Pieterse’s character is to play a substantial role, and could in some ways actually become the fifth liar. So that should silence those of you who think that she is about to die (for real) in the finale.

2. Can Ezra be redeemed? – Expect this question to be asked on a few occasions throughout thanks to what happens in the finale.

3. Tyler Blackburn will be back – Caleb will return a few episodes into the season, and Blackburn is going to return as a regular. As for “Ravenswood,” you may at least get a few more answers about what happened on the show.

4. New characters – After all, people are going to have to start thinking about their future, and that meets an opportunity to see more people outside of the little world known as Rosewood.

5. The 100th episode – This will be a hugely important one to the show, and it will be treated as such. It may not be a premiere or a finale, but few shows in ABC Family’s history get so far that they can really celebrate this.
