‘The Blacklist’ episode 17 preview: Will Megan Boone’s Liz finally get answers?

Who is Tom Keen really? That is a question that has been teased from the very beginning of “The Blacklist,” and so far, we have at least learned a few things. For one, we’ve found out that he is hardly the nice guy with warm, welcoming eyeglasses that he initially came across as.

Well, on next week’s new episode “Ivan,” we are finally going to get some answers. But, first of all, you have to wonder just who Ivan really is. Is this Tom’s real name, or is it the name of someone else in his life? We heard recently that the character’s brother would be making an appearance on the show at some point.

Regardless of who Ivan is, the dangerous thing for Tom is that Liz is getting closer than ever before to figuring out just who he is, and it may all be thanks to the craftiness of Reddington and also Jolene. Even without her being around anymore, this woman has still found a way to haunt and corrupt Tom. According to the preview video below, the guy has basically everything that you would expect from a top villain … including a board with pictures on it! You just better hope that he gets these ripped down quickly enough.

It’s going to be very hard for Tom to be able to weasel his way out of this one, but we are not putting it past him at all. After all, remember that he has worked his magic once before, and Liz does have feelings for the guy. Love can do some powerful things sometimes to convince people to look the other way.
