ABC’s ‘Castle’ season 6, episode 19 preview: Nathan Fillion, Stana Katic’s Wall Street surprise

After an episode of “Castle” Monday night in “The Way of the Ninja” that was by and large fun, we are moving on now to “The Greater Good” next week. This is a story that may have a little bit of humor in it, but also feels in ways like an homage to “The Wolf of Wall Street” and all of the other stories out there about corrupt people who inhabit this place.

Before we do much else now, especially for those of you who have not seen it already, take a look below at the full synopsis for this episode and the important guest star it contains:

“Castle and Beckett investigate the murder of a Wall Street trader, but the case takes a shocking turn when the they discover the victim was an undercover informant for the U.S. Attorney’s office. To complicate matters further, the U.S. attorney involved is Elizabeth Weston (guest star Salli Richardson-Whitfield, “Eureka”), Captain Gates’ estranged sister.”

For whatever reason, Gates’ sister really is not hyped up at all in the promo below that ABC shared. Instead, we just had a few little assorted clips for the show, and more or less a general guide for what the story could be. It seems on the surface to be pretty exciting, but hopefully there will be something along the way here that plays into some of the larger mysteries of this season. We don’t really have a lot of time left to tie together everything.
