Since when did “The Celebrity Apprentice” become “The Real Housewives Apprentice”? If the latest casting rumors are true, it’s starting to feel a little much like NBCUniversal is trying too hard when it comes to their corporate synergy between NBC and Bravo.
Before we say too much else on this story, we advise you head on over to the link here to find out more informing on Ian Ziering, Kate Gosselin, Johnny Weir, and a few other of the people whoa re going to be entering the famed courtroom of Donald Trump this season. The focus here is on some of the new rumored names, and they include a pair of Housewives that anyone familiar with Bravo will know very well already. (These names come courtesy of TMZ.)
Brandi Glanville – It’s expected that a former Housewife will be on a season of the show, but we’re a little surprised that it is Brandi. Lisa Vanderpump would have been our pick from this cast, mostly because we’ve seen more of her in the business world on “The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.”
Kenya Moore – Do we need another “Real Housewives of Atlanta” star? We would have preferred either Vicki Gunvalson or Tamra Barney, mostly because we haven’t seen this version of the show represented already.
Keshia Knight Pulliam – The former “Cosby Show” star has done a ton of reality TV gigs over the years. In addition to playing Rudy Huxtable, she has appeared on “Splash,” “Celebrity Mole,” and one-episode editions of “Weakest Link” and “Fear Factor.”
Geraldo Rivera – Please, let this happen, mostly because it would be so incredibly entertaining and ridiculous. We have no idea whatsoever why in the world someone who tries to take himself as seriously as Geraldo does would ever decide that does this show would be a good move for his career … mostly because it’s not. Instead, it’s pretty awful.
Despite what we just said, we do know that this show has helped the careers of such people as Joan Rivera and Arsenio Hall … but we don’t know if it will help any of these people.
