‘Bones’ season 9, episode 17 preview: The latest Christine dilemma and more
Tonight, “Bones” made its triumphant return to Mondays with an episode that once again established what the strength of the show really is: Fun mysteries that have a little bit of heart, and occasionally a little bit of emotion. They have a very specific tone, and they do not choose very often to go away from that and do anything different.
But where does the story go from here? That is what we are going to be working to figure out next in “The Repo Man in the Septic Tank.” In addition to having a title that we personally find to be hilarious, there is also some important stuff coming courtesy of Christine, and how Booth and Brennan want to raise her given that they have so many differences. Just take a look at the synopsis below:
“A repo man’s remains are found in a septic tank, and the Jeffersonian team must work together to figure out who the killer is. When the team discovers that the victim had a troubled past, some key witnesses from his earlier days become potential suspects. Meanwhile, handsome and charming Rodolfo Fuentes (guest star Ignacio Serricchio) has defected from Cuba, where he was a forensic anthropologist, but now needs an internship to complete his degree. Brennan agrees to try him out as an intern on a case, and Brennan and Booth discuss whether or not Christine should have a religious upbringing.”
Eventually, there are some bigger episodes coming in terms of what will impact the larger story. After all, the Ghost Killer story is far from over, and there are big things to come there in terms of learning who this person really is. Unfortunately, you may not find out that much more until the finale.
