‘Pretty Little Liars’ season 5 premiere date revealed; plus, preview ‘Unbridled’

There’s a lot of great “Pretty Little Liars” news to share with you today, but let us begin with the big news that season 5 now has an official start date! New episodes return to ABC Family on Tuesday, June 10, which means that you will really only have to wait around three months in between getting new episodes.

The network has figured out a heck of an arrangement with this show as of late, especially when you consider that thanks to the Halloween episode, the show never goes longer than three months in between airing new episodes. This is the longest hiatus that it goes on at any point during the year, even if the break between the end of the summer season in August and the start of the winter one in January may seem like longer.

In addition to all of this, why don’t we also go ahead and share something else pretty great from Tuesday night’s episode “Unbridled”? This is basically the scene that features none other than Spencer Hastings (Troian Bellisario) getting herself seemingly shot while wearing a wedding dress … which is part of a fashion show. If you actually thought for whatever reason that she was getting ready to say her vows with Toby, think again.

While this may not be the finale, it’s going to feel a lot like one. Everything that happens here will carry over into “A Is For Answers” … and that title really does in many ways speak for itself.
