‘True Blood’ season 7: Who with ties to Alexander Skarsgard’s Eric scored promotion?
“True Blood” season 7 only has ten episodes in order to wrap up the entire series, so the show has quite the interesting challenge in the months ahead. This is a dense show with a ton of characters, and we have to say good luck to anyone on the writing staff hoping to ensure that everyone has the ending that they deserve.
What is surprising to us is continuing to see all of the series-regular promotions that are coming along with this final go-around on TV. You’ve likely heard of at least one of these already, and we now have another one to report today. According to a report from Deadline, actress Tara Buck, who has appeared in at least two episodes every season as the barkeep Ginger, is going to be a regular leading up to the series finale. Most of her time has been spent in the same universe as Pam (Kristin Bauer) and Eric (Alexander Skarsgard), so it will be interesting to see just what the show feels like it can accomplish with giving her even more to do this time around. While we don’t think that Ginger is suddenly going to get enough airtime to rival Sookie Stackhouse, there is a clear reason for the promotion that will be revealed.
At the moment, it’s not even clear if there can be a Fangtasia like there once was at some point in the future. The last we saw of Eric, after all, he was a second away from the True Death thanks to his ability to be in the sun suddenly disappearing. Meanwhile, vampires everywhere are probably reeling from a combination of the policies that Governor Burrell put into motion along with Hepatitis V.
While you may not know much about what sort of story that Ginger is going to play on season 7, what do you think about Buke’s promotion? If there is anyway they go back to how the last books are, it will be just as crap. The last book was a big let down.

Trash is what they were. She destroyed her own books out of jealousy of one of her own characters. Because the popularity surpassed the females. She is such a stupid greedy cow.

Not even worth thinking about, It is all going to be about BEEEEEEL and HIS redemption, and the idiot SOOOOOKA and her moronic ways. The show should have concluded at the end of season 5, before Bucky the idiot took over. Skarsgard (Eric) was screwed over by Moyer and company, and the fans are reaping it this season.

Right ….. don’t think so, other than the obvious Bill and Sookie, had to be this way, was promised from the start. Eric and Pam’s story line if there is one, has been relegated to a few scenes. They were never a couple, no spark what’s so ever. They will kill Tara off. Sam can drop dead as far as I am concerned as well, can take the idiot show runner with him.
