‘Survivor: Cagayan’ rankings: Who is the current favorite of the Brawn tribe?
With “Survivor: Cagayan” airing yet another new episode on Wednesday night, we’re here and ready to bust out another part of our official contestant rankings. Until we get to the merge, we’ll be doing this by tribe since there are too many players to otherwise clump together. How can you say whether or not Spencer, for example, is playing a better game than Alexis when there are so many different variables on their separate tribes?
With this particular article, we’re delving in to the crazy group known as the Brawn Tribe. The good news about them is that they may not be in a position to vote anyone out for a long time, since you are looking at a group that should kick serious butt and take names over the next several episodes. But eventually, somebody’s gonna be voted out. That’s what we are here to determine.
As with every other rankings piece, we’re basing these off of edit, strategy, and overall effectiveness (whether that means in challenges or at camp).
6. Lindsey Ogle – She was quick to get into it with Trish, and seemed to be very volatile around camp in general. She is someone who would rank pretty high on the list of people who could decide that they don’t want to deal with this competition anymore after being in the rain for a while.
5. Trish Hegarty – If she can avoid tribal council for a while, she’ll be much higher up on the list. The problem is that she seems to be slightly on the outs, and could be mistaken for the weakest on the tribe just because Sarah gave her that status back during her first night in the game.
4. Tony Vlachos – Tony is entertainment gold, and thanks to that we do hope he lasts for a little while. However, his immunity idol may not protect him forever, and his efforts to try and have Cliff Robinson voted out of the game could backfire without the numbers necessary to make it happen.
3. Cliff Robinson – Cliff did a good job of fitting in with his tribe almost right away, and integrating enough to be considered one of the regular guys. Nobody seems to care that much that he was in the NBA or made that much money. The thing that he really has to worry about is Tony deciding that he wants to be the guy and have him sent home from the game far too soon.
2. “Woo” Hwang – We do not see Woo winning this game by any means, but he is the perfect pre-merge player for your tribe. He will work hard around camp, do well in challenges, and not really stir the pot or strategize too much. Getting rid of him at this point would be hurting your tribe so much more than helping it.
1. Sarah Lacina – There is almost nothing to criticize at all when it comes to Sarah. She gets it! She has a mixture of smarts, athletic ability, and leadership skills to be the perfect person to have on your tribe. We predicted her to go pretty far in the game, and we have seen next to nothing that suggests that anything else could happen.
