‘Mad Men’ season 7: See the full run of Elisabeth Moss on the show (video)

With the premiere of “Mad Men” on AMC just six weeks away now, this is the time when you better start getting excited … right? The only way that you couldn’t be is if you have never seen the show, or if you are just like Betty Francis and are miserable most of the time.

The video below doesn’t contain any new footage, but that really shouldn’t surprise you at all given that “Mad Men” never really gives you new footage. Instead, this charts the entire journey of Elisabeth Moss’ character of Peggy Olson on the show from start to finish. The action begins with her arrival at Sterling-Cooper, and it runs straight through to her relationships, her move away from the firm, her move back to what is now called SC&P, and the departure of her latest lover Ted to Los Angeles, where he wants to have a new start with his wife.

So what could we see happy to Peggy next? There’s no question that she has found success in her job, but this may be the time that she needs to find some sort of happiness that is hers and hers alone, and does not come at the misfortune of someone else. Even her elevated position to an expense comes at the expense of Don, but it’s hard to feel sorry for him given that he did such a myriad of things to get him to that point. Peggy’s easy to root for, and we really do hope she finds a way to keep things together.
