ABC’s ‘Scandal’ season 3, episode 12 preview: More drama for Tony Goldwyn’s Fitz
The Presidential election is going to be starting to gear up more and more on “Scandal” moving forward, and that leads us into what is going to be a pretty shocking episode airing next week.
The first thing that is of great interest here is just the name itself: “We Do Not Touch the First Ladies.” What in the world does this really mean? It’s difficult to say, save for a potential threat coming Mellie’s way or a certain relationship that we’ll talk about a little bit later in this article. You can see more of what that could be courtesy of the official synopsis below:
“Old feelings and jealousies arise at a Presidential event causing Fitz to face a harsh reality. Meanwhile, Quinn tries to prove herself to B613 and Leo Bergen sets up a meeting between Sally and an old friend.”
Some of the hints in the preview video below suggest that we are going to see Mellie’s relationship with Andrew reach new heights, which poses of course a major threat to the campaign if someone finds out. After all, Mellie is the person right now who the public loves, and the more that they stay completely on board with her, the happier that almost everyone is going to be in the end. The priority is making sure that the public at least still loves one person in the grant family.
Oh, and there are a number of other major problems coming up. Watch out! This should be a crazy one.
