‘The Originals’ spoilers: A new ally for Daniel Gillies’ Elijah?

Meet the cast -There are a number of different issues and factors constantly at play on “The Originals,” and this is something that you better believe is going to continue on moving forward the rest of the way this season.

So what we are here to report and discuss today is how some new faces within the city of New Orleans (or at least some that are new to the characters) could come in and shake things up yet again. Specifically, we are talking here about Francesca, a woman with connections that could become some sort of ally to Daniel Gillies’ character of Elijah in the show’s upcoming March 18 episode entitled “Moon Over Bourbon Street.” You can see the synopsis below if you want some more details first and foremost:

“After accusing Klaus (Joseph Morgan) of doing nothing while their control over the Quarter crumbles, Elijah (Daniel Gillies) makes a move to take matters into his own hands. He receives an intriguing offer of support from Francesca (guest star Peta Sergeant), a beautiful woman from a powerful New Orleans family. In an attempt to bring the warring factions of the city together, the Mikaelsons throw an extravagant party, where Klaus offers Jackson (guest star Nathan Parsons) a tempting deal, Elijah and Hayely share a dance, and a violent fight comes to a surprising end. Finally, even as Marcel (Charles Michael Davis) works on a new path to power, he continues to help Cami (Leah Pipes) deal with her Uncle Kieran’s tragedy (guest star Todd Stashwick).”

The more things change on this show sometimes, the more than they stay the same. We still have some battling taking place when it comes to the various supernatural factions of the city, and even though this is weeks down the road, nobody in the first family of vampires (as we like to call them) seems any closer together.
