‘The Big Bang Theory’ season 7, episode 16 video: More worries over Sheldon, Amy

Is the end really near for one of the most-beloved couples on “The Big Bang Theory“? We understand the need for all of the concern right now, given that there have been so many people who have grown attached to Sheldon and Amy over the years.

We were worried about a possible breakup when we saw one promo hyping it up earlier this past week, and now that we’ve seen the longer preview (which you can do as well below), we’re absolutely terrified for them. Sheldon of course thinks that the relationship is moving too fast, that he has lost a part of himself, and a number of other ridiculous things. This promo actually makes it clear that he is at her apartment with the intention of ending the relationship, which also apparently includes filling out a survey after the fact.

Do we really feel like this is going to be the end of these two at the moment? We have a pretty hard time really seeing a future of either character without the other one, but a breakup is still possible for the time being. It’s perfectly within the Sheldon character to be afraid, and to wonder whether or not he is going to be able to move forward and get what he wants out of a relationship. Also, with him what he may realize here is that he has no idea just how wonderful he has it until he actually doesn’t have it; it’s a “you don’t know what you’ve got until you’re gone” sort of situation.
