‘The Walking Dead’ season 4, episode 11 preview: Andrew Lincoln – ‘Claimed’ teasers
Tonight, “The Walking Dead” comes on the air with “Claimed,” the eleventh episode of the season and the third this spring. The crazy thing is that by the time this one is over, there’ll only by five left before we are stuck waiting around until October again. Oh, AMC and your desire to keep us waiting! This is what makes their current airing strategy so genius in that they tend to give you just enough to leave you giddy, and to also make you want to watch more. They never go overboard, though it will be interesting to see if that changes once the spin-off comes on the air.
While much of the upcoming story is of course under wraps, there are a few assorted teasers that we can give you now in terms of what to expect:
1. This episode should be the best showcase of Andrew Lincoln for a while, as Rick will be coming to his senses more than he did in the winter premiere. He’ll have to figure out for himself just what he wants to do now in the wake of the prison’s destructuion.
2. When it comes to Michonne, get ready to find out more about her past while she and Carl work on a mission together in the present.
3. Want more Abraham? We know that we will learn a little more about his character on the show this week, and how he differs from the Abraham in the comic books.
4. Remember that Michael Cudlitz is a guest tonight on “Talking Dead” … typically when that happens, the show has quite a bit of important stuff that goes down with them.
