‘The Big Bang Theory’ season 7, episode 16 preview: Are Sheldon and Amy in trouble?

Whenever you see an ordinary couple get to the point where they are sharing a romantic kiss, the logical next step would be for them to try to find a way to move into an even more serious part of their lives.

However, Dr. Sheldon Cooper is not an ordinary person, so it really should not come as a significant surprise that the next new episode of “The Big Bang Theory” on February 27 is going to find him going back and forth consistently on what he wants to do with his relationship with Amy moving forward. Based on the promo below, it’s certainly possible that he could actually break up with her (terrible as that sounds).

Do we actually think that a split could happy? File that under “too early to tell.” While he has Amy filling out paperwork, he’s also a creature of habit. Even though he may have made another move in his relationship with her a little quicker than he ever envisioned, it may also be hard for him to really imagine not having her as a part of his life at all. Hopefully, all of this will be resolved during this episode … but we know that Sheldon is also going to spend a good bit of his time freaking out about the possible addition of a new table in his apartment. Like we said … creature of habit.
