‘Bones’ season 9 spoilers: Will we see Aldo back in action soon?

Every now and then, it’s nice to see on “Bones” that Booth knows people who are a little outside his typical sphere of friends, and Aldo fits that bill perfectly. He is a guy who brings with him a different energy, a different past, and even a different setting. Not only that, but he is one of the few guys on the show who you can really say is partly responsible for ensuring that Booth and Brennan were actually able to get married.

So are we going to see a return appearance for the character in the near future? While we would very much like to see that happen, it unfortunately looks like it will not be the case. Speaking to TVLine, executive producer Stephen Nathan claimed that there are no plans to see the character back at some point this season; however, he did stress that the character (played by Mather Zickel) is “a great asset to the show.”

With this in mind, we do think that there is a distinct possibility that Aldo, like many other favorites from the past, will come back for more next season. If this is in fact the final season coming up, then we’re sure that there will be an interest in seeing more familiar faces and guest stars.
