NBC’s ‘Community’ season 5 spoilers: The battle of social networks
Is there another great battle-themed episode of “Community” coming up? We have to consider it to be a possibility, largely due to the fact that there have been already all sorts of showdowns, whether it be over paintball, blanket forts, and also hot lava. Nobody really does these sort of stories better than Dan Harmon and company, and it sounds almost like the next big episode on this subject may be coming with “App Development and Condiments,” which will air in early March.
Want to read a little bit more in terms of what to expect? Then allow the full synopsis below (via SpoilerTV) to serve as your guide:
“Dean Pelton lets two designers test their new social networking application at Greendale, leading to a war among the students; Professor Hickey decides to go underground until the battle ends.”
All of this sounds like a fun, crazy story, but admittedly there is also still a part of us curious to learn whether or not we are going to see something all about what the final endgame is going to be for some of these characters. Many of them enrolled again after having a hard time finding a place for themselves in the real world, but sooner or later, you would think that they were going to have to face their fears and their problems again … or at least this is what you would think. Or, maybe they will just continue to goof off in community college for the rest of their lives until they are all just as old as Pierce was before his sudden and still-unexplained death.
Does the idea of a social-networking war on “Community” interest you, or are you a little bit more intrigued now about what the potential endgame here is going to be? Share some of your thoughts below, and head on over to the link here to see details about the installment coming up before it.

I really don’t see why there should be any discussion of an “end game” at this stage. We’re not where NEAR the end of the sixth season! PS. I thought it had been explained Pierce died “filling up those cannisters”?:)
