‘The Mentalist’ season 6 enlists (ironically) ‘Enlisted’ star for guest spot
It’s been a little while since we have been able to talk much about “The Mentalist,” but there have been some pretty big reasons why. For one, the show has been off the air for a good while, and we’re also not going to be seeing it head back in the immediate future thanks mostly to the beast known as the Olympics. While Patrick Jane may be able to take out Red John, some championship figure skaters may still give him a a run for his money.
What we are here to report today is that at some point later this season, a familiar TV face will be stopping by. As confirmed courtesy of her own Twitter account, Angelique Cabral, otherwise known right now as Jill Perez on Fox’s criminally-underrated and under-watched comedy “Enlisted,” is going to be appearing. Sadly, there is no word yet on just what sort of role she will be playing.
As of right now, most of the scoop out there about the rest of this season is that there will be a new love interest for Lisbon, and that Patrick Jane is going to have to continue adjusting to life without some sort of singular focus. That, in many ways, will be the major struggle that he and the show face. How do you make his journey compelling after he has found justice in his own way? That is a very difficult challenge especially since, in true realistic fashion, he never got all the answers about Red John that he probably wanted.

This was Jane’s journey, his ultimate prize was killing RJ. In the final act, the team supported him and that was great to see. Jane was not interested on how RJ got his list of names. He just wanted to kill him and he did. He really thought that was all he wanted to do and nearly killed himself and changed his mind and spent two years on a paradise island. But paradise was not enough. He needed company, so he is picking up the pieces and determined to live life on his terms. How successful that is going to be is yet to be seen. I love the character of Jane, he has his own sense of justice. He loves puzzles and will do whatever it takes to solve the case. I hope the cases are allowed to span over two episodes or more, to allow a little more depth to them than just solving one case within 45 minutes.
Love the show. Definitely want a 7th season!

The show is Stupid the Creators/Writers are Dumb can’t wait for it to be over because it truthfully doesn’t deserve another Season.
It’s been Thumbs-Down for along time.
Don’t blame the messenger typing from a phrase called ( Freedom of Speech ) if you want anyone to blame it’s the Pathetic Creators and thinkers of the show.
This show has become a joke for TV and needs to end very fast.
It would have been so much better if there was no FBI and if there was still CBI with Van-pelt and Rigsby along side Cho Lisbon and Jane that’s the Mentalist team not the Stupid team on the show now it’s all a shame.
Lisbon and Jane should have already hooked up way back in Season 5 but now it looks like all that us for 6 Years now Jisbon fans will get is possibly them saying they love each other and maybe 1 kiss ( Wow – Magical ) !!NOT!! I haven’t waited 6 Years for Sh*t like that.
If that happens the creators can BURN in the hell of RJ.
Lisbon and new Boyfriend 5 episode ARC what a pointless thing to do thanks for nothing Bruno Heller you Dumb Stupid person.

Your opinion. But if you’ve got nothing nice to say, you can better shut up. I don’t like some series too, but I don’t comment badly on posts of them. I think your comment says more about you than about the show.
