2014 Grammys: Where to live stream the red-carpet pre-show
We have been down this road many times before when it comes to awards shows, and we are now seeing it happen all over again. The 2014 Grammy Awards are airing on CBS tonight, but where can you check out some of the great footage from the red carpet ahead of time? That is where we come in.
Basically, the easiest place to snag a live stream of a pre-show is over on E!, where they are going to go completely overboard with everything from multiple camera angles to praising almost every single fashion trend as the greatest thing since sliced bread. Nonetheless, they are still one of the most comprehensive places you can go for coverage of all the fashion that is on the red carpet, since you may as well assume now that you are not going to see many notable quotes on music on any red-carpet show.
E! will also have their TV version of “Live from the Red Carpet” on starting at 6:00 p.m. Eastern (five minutes after the live stream begins), which features the one-two punch of Giuliana Rancic along with Ryan Seacrest. This is the second time this year the two have teamed up, and they will do so again in early March for the Academy Awards. Thanks to the Winter Olympics airing next month, the big awards show is going to be on the air a little bit later than usual.
The lineup of performers for tonight’s Grammys is quite frankly unreal, since you have a group of people that includes the likes of Katy Perry, Paul McCartney, Kendrick Lamar, Blake Shelton, Miranda Lambert, Metallica, Taylor Swift, and many more. You’ve got all genres and multiple generations represented.
We’re going to have more news on the Grammys all day, and to get some of it, the best thing to do is to just bookmark this link. Also, sign up for our CarterMatt Newsletter if you are interested in snagging even more regular updates.
