‘Game of Thrones’ season 4 spoilers: A little more scoop on Loras Tyrell

A matter of days now after the premiere of the first trailer on HBO, the man behind one of the fan favorite characters spoke out a little bit on both what you can expect both in general terms for the season, and also when it comes to specifics. Take a look at what Finn Jones said to “Access Hollywood” first and foremost about how they plan to up their game:

“It’s been a fantastic season. Everyone’s worked really hard and the show is just going from strength to strength to strength to strength … It feels like it’s really finding it’s ground now and it’s about to explode so I’m really excited.”

As one of the most-prominent gay characters on the series, it’s understandable that there is always quite a bit of interest in just what is going to happen in terms of Loras’ love life. Unfortunately, all Jones was really able to offer up on the subject was that there would be some sort of “flirtation,” but nothing so dramatic that there will be a number of sex scenes.

We know that in general, this is going to be one of the strongest seasons to date when it comes to the Tyrell family. Margaery is set to finally marry Joffrey, and their wedding may go down as one of the biggest events since … well, the last wedding. So long as Natalie Dormer’s character has some power in King’s Landing, you have to expect plenty of Loras to go along with it.
