‘Bones’ season 9, episode 7 spoilers: First details of Booth and Brennan’s honeymoon

Take a look -Is “Bones” season 9 airing tonight? Due to the World Series, we are saddened to report that it is not; however, we are nonetheless here with a few details about what you are going to see on the show next week, in what is the very hilariously-named “The Nazi on the Honeymoon.” This is not something that we assume most people run into while trying to enjoy some romance and relaxation.

In reading the full synopsis for this installment below, it feels almost immediately as though the entire source of the madness during this episode will come out of some sort of bizarre compulsion that Booth and Brennan have to continue solving cases, even though they are in what should be a pretty romantic place in Argentina:

“While honeymooning in Buenos Aires, Brennan and Booth can’t just relax on vacation. So, instead, they decide to help Raphael Valenza (guest star Joaquim De Almeida), a local detective and huge fan of Brennan’s books, solve the murder of a Nazi war criminal whose remains were found in an historic mass grave. Meanwhile, back in Washington, D.C., Hodgins and Angela struggle to take care of Christine while Brennan and Booth are away.”

Given the country that they are staying in, we’re actually going to do the couple a favor and solve the case (with a spoiler alert for any of you behind on your Showtime viewing): The killer is clearly Hannah McKay. Just like they cannot seem to stop trying to solve murders, she just can’t seem to stop committing them, even if she’s on her bizarre happily-ever-after trip that quickly ended up with her becoming a mom to Dexter’s abandoned son. (Hey, if she did do this it wouldn’t make the ending of “Dexter” any worse.)

This will be the second-to-last episode of “Bones” airing before the show moves to Fridays; the original plan was for the move to take place a little sooner, but Fox wanted to give a different platform to launch their new show “Almost Human,” and that included trying to capitalize on the NFL lead-in that exists on Sundays.

Are you thrilled for “Bones” next week, or do you almost feel as though some of the fun is gone now that the wedding is over? Sound off below! Meanwhile, click here if you want some more scoop on what is coming up after this episode.
