‘Sons of Anarchy’ season 6 spoilers: ‘Aon Rud Persanta,’ and will Jax stay in the arms trade?
So how long is this struggle going to continue? For a few more episodes at least. The 11th episode of the season is entitled “Aon Rud Persanta,” and from what we understand the club’s attempts to get out of the trade will still be going on at that point. This is a much more completed mess than what it would first seem, especially when you consider all of the variables. You have the Irish to think about here, and do you really think that they will let SAMCRO off the hook so quickly? This is why it may take time.
We have a habit here of trying to translate and decipher episode titles, but this is one admittedly that we are having trouble with. Either it is written in a language that we are so unfamiliar with that we cannot translate, or it’s an anagram. The closest thing that we’ve found is a Google listing that claims that the phrase roughly translates to be “nothing personal” in Gaelic.
The important thing to realize here is that this episode is only two away from the actual finale; therefore, Kurt Sutter is understandably not giving away much. The last thing that he wants to do is spoil all of the hard work that has gone into this season, and the only thing we can promise is violence … and plenty of it. Death has been a theme of the show for some time, and it will continue to be moving forward.

Yes, it’s Irish for “nothing personal”. The online translations spell it “pearsanta”. I couldn’t say if Kurt got it wrong or if it’s a variant. Several SoA episodes are titled in Irish, especially in Season 2. That’s usually a good go to for translation with this show, although they’ve also used French and Spanish on occasion.
