ABC’s ‘Castle’ season 6 spoilers: A twist beyond Stana Katic – Nathan Fillion proposal scene

Are you still looking to be surprised when it comes to the “Castle” season 6 premiere on September 23? It may still happen, and we say this even if you are one of those dedicated fans who has found out quite a bit about the premiere episode already courtesy of the internet.

According to a report from TVLine, there is going to be a twist in this episode that caused the jaws of many to hit the floor. So what makes this both special and somewhat surprising? Think along the lines of this: It does not have anything to do with the two major things that folks are talking about right now, which is the marriage proposal between Castle and Beckett, and whether or not the latter chooses to actually move to Washington DC in order to work on a new position. One thing worth noting here is that it could still contain Nathan Fillion and Stana Katic’s characters in some shape or form, but it’s important to remember that there is quite a bit happening in this episode away from just this one scene.

For those who have not heard just yet, the action for the show is going to move forward a few months following the end of the proposal scene, where we will have an opportunity to see what happens next. Alexis will be back from Costa Rica, there will be normalcy again following whatever happened with Castle and Beckett, and everyone will just try their best to move forward into the next phase. Of course, it’s not going to be smooth sailing; this is “Castle,” and crazy things continue to happen.
