‘Grey’s Anatomy’ season 10 spoilers: Details on premiere, a Jackson / April photo

In just over two weeks now on September 26, “Grey’s Anatomy” is going to be back with all-new episodes, and also the potential for a gigantic amount of drama. In the photo to the right (via TV Guide) you can see just one tiny example of that, as both April and Stephanie are going to rush to the side of Jackson to care for some of his injuries. But as for who will care for him long-term, that is a more interesting question, and one that will make you go “hm…” a few times to yourself.

This premiere will technically be two episodes that last over the course of two hours, and we have a full synopsis of both of them below that showcase everything that the doctors are going to be going through:

“In the first hour, ‘Seal Our Fate’ (9:00-10:00 p.m.), the Grey Sloan Memorial Hospital doctors are faced with the devastation left by the storm. A giant mudslide in Seattle injures a group of first responders and citizens, causing the already shorthanded ER to spring into action. Meanwhile, Meredith is faced with a tough decision that will affect the life of a loved one, Callie is rocked by the reality of Arizona’s infidelity, and Richard’s life is in extreme danger. In the second hour, ‘I Want You With Me’ (10:00-11:00 p.m.), the fight continues to save those affected by the storm, Callie makes a bold decision regarding her relationship, and the doctors come together upon receiving devastating news.”

So clearly, there is no word yet on the fate of Webber, and these episodes are going to be very Callie / Arizona heavy. This makes a certain amount of sense given the cheating from the finale, but whatever happens here is only going to be the beginning of what is sure to be a pretty dramatic season ahead.
