ABC’s ‘Mistresses’ finale spoilers: First look at ‘I Choose You’

After a season of developing a devoted audience, but not exactly raking in big ratings, ABC is set to close the book on “Mistresses” next week with an episode that is going to contain a little bit of everything. There will be decisions made about relationships, plenty of drama, a possible cliffhanger, and also a trip to another town … one that is going to contain its own interesting developments all its own.

This episode is entitled “I Choose You,” and with so many of our ladies with various relationship choices in front of them we wonder who some of these women will ultimately end up with.

There are two things that you should check out here if you want to get an even better perspective as what is going to be coming up. First, take a look at the official synopsis below:

“A road trip to Palm Springs for Savi’s birthday takes a shocking turn; April makes a decision about the two men in her life, Paul (Dondre’ T. Whitfield) and Richard (Cameron Bender); and Elizabeth Grey confronts Karen in a final showdown.”

Also, the promo below should shed a little more light as to just what is going to be coming up on the show pretty soon, at least when it comes to some more stunners that will have you talking.

So does the show have an opportunity of coming back for another season? Right now, we would place the odds as low, but not necessarily a guarantee to be canceled. The crowd was pretty consistent from one week to the next, and that has to be pretty good for something. The only real question is whether or not ABC is okay with having a low-rated summer show, and if that beats anything on their slate or just airing repeats on Monday nights.
