‘Grey’s Anatomy’ season 10 spoilers: Ellen Pompeo’s big promise for the premiere

Production on the “Grey’s Anatomy” season 10 premiere is officially under way, and this has led to getting an all-too familiar tease from one of the show’s stars about what could be coming ahead in the future; namely, that we are going to have an opportunity to see some more reasons to tear up. (Yes, Shonda Rhimes is currently planning to torment you a little bit more when it comes to tragedy, and the train never really stops.)

For more on that, just check out the Twitter message posted recently by a woman in Ellen Pompeo who definitely knows a thing or two about what Rhimes likes to do, given that she has been around for every episode of the series so far:

“First day of shooting our two hour premiere. Your gonna laugh. You’re gonna cry. We’re gonna take you places. I promise. #youknowhowwedo”

Going into the episode, the obvious cliffhangers involve Meredith and the current state of her new baby, and also whether or not she is going to be okay after being forced to give birth in a way that is certainly more than just a little bit traumatic. Also, there is going to be something revealed on the fate of Chief Webber, who was electrocuted at the end of the season. While we’d love to have the character stay put a while longer, if James Pickens Jr. does leave, we just hope that he is not killed off.
