‘Pretty Little Liars’ season 4, episode 4 preview: Full ‘Face Time’ sneak peeks!

“What is it about those four pretty girls that keep attracting so many corpses?”

This quote is said in one of the two sneak peeks below from Tuesday night’s “Pretty Little Liars” episode “Face Time,” and by a person that could turn out to be a pretty major source of trouble for Hanna, Spencer, Aria, and Emily. Remember our new pal Detective Holbrook? Well, it turns out that he is not completely working alone at the moment; he has a partner, and this is someone determined to figure out why in the world there are a pile of dead bodies surrounding these four girls at every turn?

The first video that we have to share here really just features the Liars as background players, as Holbrook and his partner observe and try to get a read as to what exactly they could be up to. Do they accomplish much of anything when it comes to pulling a concrete lead? It’s hard to say that they do, but at the same time, can you really expect them to? This is one of their first times observing them, and any good sleuth knows that such things takes a tremendous amount of time and effort in order to pull off.

Luckily, this is where that new partner enters the picture for Holbrook’s sake. She can hide around the town unnoticed in public places, and the Liars will never know that they are around a cop. This plays heavily into the second sneak peek, as Hanna makes the foolish decision to talk somewhat-openly about her mother Ashley’s situation while someone watches on.
