‘The X Factor’ USA notes: Fifth Harmony’s Lauren Jauregui, Emblem3 videos

If you love videos, then you’re sure to love this new edition of “The X Factor” notes given that this video is all about them. We have something special courtesy of one Fifth Harmony member, and also the latest cover from Emblem3.

We’re going to start things off with the good news from the realm of Fifth Harmony, given that it’s not often that you see many of these ladies in the individual spotlight. Below, you can see the latest chapter of Seventeen Magazine’s The Dream Begins video series, this time focusing on Lauren Jauregui. Lauren talks about her sense of style here, in addition to some of what she is looking forward to now that her time on the show is over, and she is moving towards a great career.

As for the Emblem3 clip, this is a cover of the current Daft Punk smash “Get Lucky,” which proves something very important: These guys have a finger on the pulse to what is actually popular on the charts right now. When you are trying to make a name for yourself in the industry and promote a new album entitled “Nothing To Lose,” you really have to do just about everything that you can to make it happen. Using YouTube as a way to do that is one way that Fifth Harmony has managed to stay front and center, so we applaud them for trying to do the same exact thing. Now we just have to wait and see if this strategy actually pays off.
