NBC fall premiere dates: ‘Revolution’ season 2, ‘The Voice’ season 5, and more
After CBS made their premiere dates for the upcoming fall TV season clear, NBC has now done the same, and there is one immediate reaction that we have: We’re glad that’s out of the way. We cannot even pretend that most of these dates are exciting, given that this is almost identical to what so many people out there were probably expecting to see from the network. The only real surprise is seeing the Friday-night lineup held back to October, but given recent trends (and a hope to keep Friday nights free of new programming until the chillier months), this isn’t even that great of a shock.

The one element of this schedule that does not make sense to us? Having “The Biggest Loser” air in the fall, when it did such a solid job in January for the network and brought in the best ratings in seasons. Why change that?
