‘Pretty Little Liars’ season 4 spoilers: ‘Bones’ guest star may lend helping hand

Given how many enemies that we know the characters of “Pretty Little Liars” has, isn’t it nice at times to also have an ally? We think so, and this is where some of the joy in this story comes from.

According to a new report from TVLine, “Bones” actor Luke Kleintank (who played one of the show’s famous “squinterns”) is set to guest-star on an upcoming episode near the end of the summer season, where he will play a seemingly-nice guy named Travis, who could play a valuable role in helping Hanna, Spencer, Emily, or Aria uncover one of the biggest secrets haunting them. We’d try to speculate as to what that secret is, but you know this show, and by the time we near the end of this season, the secrets are probably going to be all flipped around and scattered all over the place.

The only thing that we can count on? That there will still be mysteries, and that the central one regarding a mysterious figure sabotaging the girls will still be at least somewhat in place. If for whatever reason this somehow manages to be resolved before the series finale, it will be a shock greater than anything that the show has done with some of their famous reveals.
