NBC’s ‘The Voice’ results preview: Danielle Bradbery, Michelle Chamuel lead iTunes
It is impossible to ultimately predict who is going to be sent home on “The Voice” week after week. While iTunes votes are a strong indicator of what is popular, they are not the only indicator as evidenced by the fact that they have been not completely accurate this far in determining who gets sent packing at the end of the day.
However, what has been universal is that the contestant with the lowest-charting single means that they are typically going home, which is bad news for Sasha Allen and Team Shakira. While she really did everything that that she could to make “Without You” happen, it just didn’t. We don’t think that our female judge is going to have a singer left in the competition beyond this week, and at least one of the two guys remaining will have all three.
The final elimination of the night could come to a down-to-the-wire decision between Judith Hill (Adam Levine) and Holly Tucker (Blake Shelton). We’re actually pretty surprised to see the former in this position and low on the iTunes chart, given that her “#ThatPower” was actually an awesome re-imagining of the song. She is just plagued by going first on the show. We still do think, though, that Judith’s edit will lead to a lot of online votes coming her way, enough to overthrow Holly. While Blake’s artists are always extremely well-supported, we think that most of their support is going to Danielle Bradbery this season.
At the end of the day, we’re probably looking at a finale that contains for sure both Danielle and Usher’s Michelle Chamuel, who had the top two charting singles of the night. It actually seems appropriate, since they also seem to have the closest connection to their coaches.
Who do you think is going to leave “The Voice” tonight? If you want to compare these results back to the review from Monday night, you can do so over here.

I think Sasha Allen and the Swon Brothers. Sasha is talented and gorgeous, but her performances seem off and/or pitchy at times. She also has lots of big-voiced competition. I love the Swons and hope it won’t be them. Maybe one of the aforementioned big-voiced ladies will exit instead. Everyone is so good, it’s tough!
