ABC’s ‘Revenge’ season 2 finale spoilers: Is Emily Thorne about to reveal all?

Ever since the beginning of “Revenge,” there has been one question that has floated heavily over the head of our leading lady Emily Thorne: Is she ever going to admit to anyone the truth about who she really is? There have only been a select few that have known, and one of them in the fake Amanda Clarke is already dead.

Well, the promo below for Sunday night’s finale “Truth” seems to suggest that there are some pretty major revelations coming our way. We will finally have an opportunity to see what happens next with Aiden and the blackout, whether or not there is some sort of substantial conclusion to the Initiative storyline, and most importantly, whether Emily is going to come clean to Jack Porter about who she really is. He is clearly the man affected the most by the secret that she has been keeping, since he married “Amanda” thinking that she was the woman from his childhood. Instead, she has been in front of him the whole time.

Emily may have no choice but to reveal to Jack who she is this week, just in order to keep him safe from some devastating mission that he is about to embark on. He has been on his own path of revenge against the Grayson family, but the difference here is merely that he does not have the same sort of resources at his disposal. He’s also fueled more by anger over what happened very recently, and his ideas may not be 100% rational.
