ABC’s ‘Revenge’ season 2, episode 20 preview: Emily and Victoria talk it out

On Sunday night’s “Revenge” season 2 episode, deception seems to be the name of the game, especially when it comes to Emily Thorne and Victoria Grayson. What makes this dynamic so interesting is that neither party seems fully ready or interested in actually revealing all of their cards to the other, which makes their conversations shockingly subdued.

For the latest example of this, just check out the new sneak peek below! As you saw recently in our other sneak peek for “Engagement,” Emily and Daniel Grayson made the announcement to Victoria that after their “wedding,” they plan on moving to Paris and escaping the Hamptons entirely. We don’t really have much of an idea if this is something that Emily is seriously entertaining, but it is definitely the image that she wants to portray.

As for the newest sneak peek below, the best way to describe it is that Emily seems to have her enemy completely and totally on the ropes. Not only does Victoria not know how to respond to the engagement news and the move to Paris save for saying that Emily is somewhat behind it (go figure), she fights back with a series of ridiculously awesome barbs that really let Victoria in on how tough it must be for her to be back in David Clarke’s old house. This isn’t going to sit very well with Victoria at all, but at the moment we really don’t have any idea as to what she plans on doing about the predicament that her family is now in.
