ABC’s ‘Scandal’ season 2, episode 21 preview: Will Olivia Pope be exposed?

On next week’s all-new episode of “Scandal,” it appears as though Olivia Pope is going to end up being found out, at least if some advice from some people close to her ends up being true.

Mellie has already laid the first blow on Fitz, announcing publicly that her husband had an extramarital affair; however, she also threw him a bone for the time being in saying that they are trying to work through it. Is this really going to stay that way? Hardly. It’s only going to be a matter of time now before Olivia is completely exposed as the person behind the affair, and she is going to have to figure out exactly how she wants to go about dealing with it. Is being with Fitz really worth all of the negativity that will come her way as a result? While she is a powerful woman, thus far she has had the added advantage of living within some sort of shadows versus being completely out in the open.

As for some other stories you can expect to see play out, the mole is getting closer and closer to being finally revealed. As it turns out, it looks like a certain person in Huck has figured out who it is! (Therefore, it’s pretty fair to remove him from the list of suspects, though we also have a feeling that you were probably never doubting him in the first place.)
