‘Once Upon a Time’ season 2 spoilers: An unusual alliance

As we near the “Once Upon a Time” finale in just over a week, there are certainly questions as to how things will wrap up and also whether or not some of these characters are going to be able to actually resolve some of their differences in time to contribute to a larger cause.

For now, there does seem to be three primary missions happening simultaneously: Trying to resolve the magic bean dilemma, the story regarding Tamara and Greg, and just what in the world is going on with Snow White and her darkened heart. Is there any way to save her? According to TV Guide, we are going to see Snow and Charming try to make a rather unusual alliance on Sunday night in order to track Regina down from wherever she is hiding, and it’s with Rumpelstiltskin. Robert Carlyle’s character has spent much of his own time as of late hanging out with “Lacey” and getting his evil on, which of course means that he may be a little bit harder to convince than usual when it comes to joining this journey.

Of course, there is one rather enormous problem with this plan that neither one of the characters is particularly aware of yet: Regina is under the capture of Tamara and Greg, and being tortured in some sort of effort to get the magic sucked out of her. In order to actually confront her, they may have to save her first and foremost and this is sure to only infuriate Regina more since she has to deal already with the fact that Snow saved her life in the past.
