‘Hart of Dixie’ season 2, episode 21 preview: Zoe, Wade, and … prom?
Somehow, The CW has managed to find a way to rope prom into yet another one of their shows. We saw it happen recently with “The Vampire Diaries,” which at least made a little more sense given that many of the leads are actually in high school. Meanwhile, Dr. Zoe Hart on “Hart of Dixie” has been out of school for years! Why in the world is she attending such an event?
Well, the show has somehow found a way to even have it make some sense here, especially when you remember that high school is really considered to be the pinnacle of life in the south (plus, there are also some characters still actually in high school on the show).
While there is quite a bit to look forward to in this episode (entitled “I’m Movin’ On”) when it comes to Lavon’s battles with a rival mayor and George’s attempts to convince Tansy that they are meant to be together, we have a feeling that most of you will be instead gushing over the tiny moment between Zoe and Wade at the end. We don’t see this as any evidence the two are closer to getting back together, though it is clear that there are still feelings there, and the issue is whether or not they can overcome the hurt to get to the other side.
Do you think the Zoe / Wade moment at the end of this clip means anything … or is it just a devilish little tease by The CW to get us excited about something that is probably not happening?
